Brother Paul J. Roup, a Past Master of Plum Creek-Monroeville Lodge, No. 799 is the District Deputy Grand Master of the 54th Masonic District of Pennsylvania. The 54th District is comprised of over 2,400 men in seven Masonic lodges located in eastern Allegheny and western Westmoreland counties. Brother Roup is the owner of The Roup Insurance Agency and Dreamscape Video Productions and a past Moderator of the Board of Deacons at Beulah Presbyterian Church. He is a graduate of Penn State University. Brother Roup resides in Plum with his wife Gail.
